PACKAGING & RETURN POLICY

PACKAGING

Orders can be shipped a few different ways. Some customers require their orders to be individually packaged by employee for ease of distribution. The items are shrink wrapped along with a detailed packing list.

When the package is received by the client, it is handed to the employee. This method helps reduce the mix up of sizes and cuts back on loss. There is no additional charge for individually, shrink-wrapped orders.

We also bulk ship to distribution facilities and individual locations where required.

RETURN POLICY

ImageFIRST's garment return policy is as follows:

• Any garment not meeting manufacturer's specifications can be returned to our company.
• Any garment shipped in error (color not as ordered, size not as ordered) can be returned.
• Any non-customized stock garment that hasn't been washed or worn can be returned.
